This workshop will jumpstart a new Power of 8 group of 8-12 people who are committed to setting a healing intention (a time commitment of 15-20 minutes) weekly for at least 6 months.
On Sunday, March 21st at 3:00 pm MST, we’ll start off with a 45-min zoom meeting to introduce ourselves. I’ll give an overview of the Power of 8 process.
For the next 8-12 days, we’ll set a daily healing intention for one of the participants. We’ll rotate through our group so everyone will receive. The intention setting takes about 15 minutes. In the beginning, it works best if everyone can do the intention at the same time. I suggest 8 pm MST, but we can discuss this at our kickoff meeting and may decide another time works better. (It may depend on the number of different time zones we have:-) When it’s your day to receive, you’ll need to post to our group chat:

Once everyone has received an intention, the group will shift to a weekly process. The group can choose the day/time that works best for most everyone. If a person isn’t able to send the intention at the appointed time, no worries. You can send it any time and still connect into the group field. I’ll monitor the group for a few weeks, but then you’ll be on your own. My hope is that you’ll find this process rewarding and want to continue indefinitely.
We will be using the free phone app Voxer to coordinate. After you register, please download the app. When you are set up with it, send a hello to me at my Voxer handle “pcurti973”. I’ll add you to the group chat.
To be clear, we are not using any technology to meet for our intention setting. No zoom. No Skype. Each person can simply clear your mind, get comfortable, and set your intention to connect with the group. It’s that easy. Voxer is simply a convenient way to post your intention and share feedback.
